Shipping Policy

Antidote Tallow is a small Canadian business. Every balm is made by hand in Canada from grass-fed tallow and ships from Ottawa, Ontario.

Where we ship

We ship anywhere in Canada. We don't ship to the US or internationally at this time.

Processing time

Orders are packed and shipped within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday, not counting holidays). You'll get an email with tracking when your order leaves.

Rates and delivery times

Standard (3–5 business days): $12.00,

or free on orders of $75 or more.

Express (1–2 business days): $20.00.

 Subscription orders ship every 4 weeks at the same rates.

All orders ship with Canada Post. Rates are in Canadian dollars and are shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times are Canada Post estimates and can run longer for rural and northern addresses or in bad weather.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders ship on 4 week schedule using the same rates above.

Address problems

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you and can re-send it once you cover the new postage.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your tracking hasn't moved in 7 business days, or your order arrives damaged, email info@antidotetallow.com with your order number (and a photo for damage). We'll work with Canada Post and make it right. See our Refund Policy for details.
